Appointment Policy - Respecting each other's time

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I never double book and try to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from catering to other clients.

That being said, my policy is simple. *If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the service as booked.

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, please contact me by text or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If I don’t get back to you within 2 hours to acknowledge your text or email please try another form of notification as I may not have received your first attempt. If I do not hear from you within the 24 time frame, and you have not kept your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

Note: I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and will weigh each instance to ensure a fair and equitable solution for all parties be made, should these instances occur.
